After working for 12 years as project manager for a national commercial architecture firm, including launching their California office, Jim joined the family company in 2010. Upcon expanded the construction draw inspections service nationwide, providing over 1,000 reports a year. Jim later decided to expand Upcon’s services to include home inspections – using the latest technology and techniques.
