After working for 12 years as project manager for a national commercial architecture firm, managing various restaurant and retail clients, Jim joined the family company in 2010. Upcon expanded the construction draw inspections service nationwide. Jim later decided to expand the Upcon services to include home inspections – using the latest technology and techniques.

Dan joined the Upcon Group in 2017 and brings extensive experience as a Journeyman Carpenter and working for a major roofing contractor. Dan has has also held roles for a plumbing firm, from new construction to service calls, and in property management. He has provided hundreds of Construction Draw Inspections for Upcon and has been an Illinois licensed home inspector.
